Upper Limb Sales Specialist (ULSS)
Our Sales Specialist are committed to helping you find the right solutions for your patients. They offer guidance on the latest products, technologies, and options available in the upper extremity field, ensuring that you can make informed decisions that align with your patients’ needs.
Opportunity Managers (OM)
This dedicated team’s primary role is to assist customers with questions, provide support, works with the ULSS team to set up in-services, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. They will keep track of your order process to ensure that things get processed correctly and out on time.
Customer Experience Specialist (CX)
This in-house team of specialists are dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. They act as your primary point of contact, providing personalized support to streamline the referral process, assist with inquiries, ordering procedures, conduct assessments, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating your requests or needs with our other teams.
