As we enter the final quarter of 2019, we want to thank all our clients, partners, and employees for the substantial growth we’ve seen this year.
In preparation for the end-of-year push that is the industry norm, we want to remind you to please get any orders placed by November 12, 2019. In years past, Naked Prosthetics has closed for winter break, but this year we plan to be staffed, with phones open and video conference available for fittings.
“We’ll be available, ready to help with any processing required to get orders to your clinic by the end of the year,” says Jessica Coen, customer care manager. “We’re fully equipped to ship your device(s) before 2020 if orders are received by the November 12 deadline.”
A few tips to make your order process as smooth as possible:
- All required paperwork is in order
- Casting and sizing measurements have been completed
- Photos, videos, and other documentation is recorded
For those orders that come in after the priority November 12 deadline, please be aware that your order may come in after the first of the year.
